CNY Roast Chicken & Tiramisu Hands-on Workshop

Hands-On Outline

You will work in pair for the chicken preparation and will have hands-on on the following CNY meal & dessert preparation:

1. Classical Roast Chicken with basketweave bacon (Learn the Secrets behind a Crispy and yet Juicy Roast Chicken)

2. Special Hawaiian-style roast pineapple

3. Tangy Cranberry Sauce

4. Tiramisu Dessert
