This is an authentic Indonesian-style lapis (refer to picture attached) that is rich and sumptuous and normally served during festive seasons.

This divine cake is one of the must-have goodies in Peranakan families. Learn the secret of making fragrant suji cake.

Japanese Bamboo Charcoal Pineapple Tarts 
Using the finest and best Japan-made bamboo charcoal in the pineapple tart pastry, this special effect will create a mild sweetness and lower acidic levels in the tarts hence making them popular among people with gastric problem. Moreover bamboo charcoal will enhance the taste of the pastry.  At the end of the baking, you will also be taught how to enhance the look of these black gems with gold powder.  End result – they simply  beautiful.
